Our hot tub moving and storage services store is headquartered in Valley Park, MO. We love the Greater St. Louis area. It has served home to our family for many generations.

We are hot tub installation experts. We have worked with local hot tub & spa retailers to place hot tubs, affix covers, set up cover lifters, and assemble stairs.

We also specialize in hot tub removal. We’re one of the few hot tub removal services dedicated to safely removing the hot tub and making sure there is nothing left behind to pose any hazards.

Another service we offer is hot tub relocation. Some clients prefer to take their hot tubs with them when they move to another town or state when changing jobs or living situations. We are here to help, regardless of the distance.

My Hot Tub Movers℠ is a specialty item moving and storage service focused solely on spas & hot tubs. The highest percentage of our work comes from hot tub relocation and hot tub removal. We do our very best in accommodating every request, but occasionally we will turn down a job due to criteria we’re unwilling to compromise over.

Aside from our expansive moving services, some use us for short-term storage, a few for long-term storage, but the majority use us for storage-in-transit where we will store a client’s hot tub for hours, to days, while in transit between the pick up and drop off locations. This type of storage is extremely useful to those selling their homes and relocating to a new one, but not yet having access to the new property.

It has become our passion to provide excellent customer service to each and every client needing a hot tub moved, We understand sometimes a challenge awaits, but what it truly boils down to is making sure the client is properly informed and understands the exact operation that will unfold in taking on the task. We reassure all of our clients that the goal is to make it as easy as possible for them to put the stress on us.

We don’t take any project lightly, whether it be a move from the driveway to the patio, or a move from a deck, requiring a crane, to another home many miles away. Hot tub Repair Services

Our newest service we offer is a hot tub consultation. Among the many choices of the perfect hot tub for you, comes several other factors you may need to think about before purchasing. Finding the perfect location, planning out the electric, and making sure all necessary bases are covered are just a few ideas we go over with you. We patiently walk you through all the considerations before you invest in a hot tub to make sure your experience after purchasing is completely stress free. Let us help you plan the entire project. If you just purchased a new cover, let us do all the hard work. We will safely remove it from the box, line up & screw on the cover clips, then test fold open and close to guarantee it is properly secured to your hot tub. Cover Installation costs $75.00.

Can’t grab a truck or trailer to haul your new cover home? That’s okay, we offer pick up & delivery for $45.00, as long as your cover supplier is within our service area. An additional mileage fee of $0.21 per one tenth mile (0.1 mi) will be charged for distance driven one way after the first free twenty miles (20.0 miles) covered from your supplier’s pick up location. This additional fee is calculated based on the shortest route by car offered on Google Maps.

Cover lifters are a great addition to any hot tub. They come in all shapes and sizes. Once you find one to fit your hot tub and cover, you may soon realize they are not the easiest to put together. Let us relieve you of the stressful task of assembling and installing your cover lifter.

We have all the tools necessary to complete the job at hand. Our technicians are experienced in multiple styles and brands of cover lifters. We’ll assemble and mount your cover lifter to the exact specifications listed by the manufacturer. We aren’t afraid to read instructions and never try to wing it, especially if it is a cover lifter we have never installed before.

Some people think simply flipping the breaker off means their hot tub is disconnected. They are slightly right as it is technically disconnected from electrical current flowing to the pack. However, in order for us to complete a move, the wiring from the breaker box to the hot tub needs to be physically disconnected.

You have the choice of physically disconnecting it yourself, but if you are unfamiliar with electrical panels, breakers, and wiring then you may want us to handle it.

When you request an electrical disconnect with your move, we give you the choice of having the wiring disconnected from your breaker box or having us remove a panel on your hot tub and disconnecting the wiring from the pack. Either way, we will tidy up the remaining area making sure there is no exposed wiring left to trip over or risk of electrocution.

We pride ourselves for our extensive knowledge of moving hot tubs. This has allowed us the opportunity to provide hot tub installation to many clients purchasing hot tubs from online retailers.

Rather than just move the hot tub from the driveway to the patio, have us complete the install for you. We can place and position the hot tub accordingly, then affix the cover, install the cover lifter, and assemble the steps. We also have licensed electricians we’ve partnered with to complete electrical hookup or, if needed, running a new electric line for your hot tub.

An often overlooked service which greatly benefits the performance and longevity of your hot tub is leveling.

We encourage all clients that are getting their hot tub moved or relocated, to level the location before we put it into position. Some people find this to be a huge chore and don’t have or want to buy the necessary tools required to level the location. This is where we come in.

We have the extra long levels. We have the foundation leveling materials. We can save you from a lengthy back breaking experience of crawling around on your knees shimming up the area where your hot tub will be placed.

A leveling fee can be added to any move or relocation for a fee of $75. An additional fee will be charged for foundation leveling materials (roof shingles, chat, paver stone, etc.) not supplied by the client.

It’s What We Do Best! Moving hot tubs is the core service of our business. We cover all types of moves.

We can move your hot tub from the patio to your driveway so you can refinish a deck or patio, or vice versa from the driveway to the patio after getting that mail-order hot tub delivered from Wayfair, Sam’s, or Costco! We can also move your hot tub across town if you choose to move, sell it, or give it to a close friend or family member. We have even moved hot tubs in and out of tractor trailers and box trucks in the process of a client moving.

Is your hot tub up on a deck, in a location with limited access, or surrounded by landscaping too unsafe for your hot tub to be carted away from its location? No worries, we have partnered with a local crane company to provide the solution to those sticky situations. A separate fee, to be determined upon the crane company’s discretion, will be added to your move for crane services.

We offer this service as a stand alone service or accompanied with our Rapid Draining service. We will gladly come and fill your hot tub using our dedicated filtering system connected to your home’s water supply. Out will come sparkling purified water. Once topped off above your jets, we will disconnect our hose and filtering system, then reconnect your hose to your spigot making sure it is coiled back up and placed back in an orderly fashion.

Some hot tubs have their drains placed behind panels, or are located in places not so easy to reach. That is why we offer to drain your hot tub for you.

We use highly efficient commercial sump pumps to rapidly remove hundreds of gallons of water from your hot tub in an instance. This allows you to ignore the laborious task of dragging out the hose, possibly removing a panel, hooking it all up, and hoping to drain it in enough time for us to move or relocate it.

Sometimes a move requires a little more distance to be covered rather than from the patio to the driveway or across town. Some clients move many miles away and want to take their hot tub with them.

Not a service too often asked for, but one that is still necessary is the assembly of hot tub stairs. Some stairs come boxed up and can be super easy to snap together. Others are a little larger, require a list of tools, and can be more challenging to build.

My Hot Tub Movers℠ will make it easy for you and relieve you of any headache. The fee to assemble your hot tub stairs is $25/hr billed in hourly increments.

With moving hot tubs comes hiccups along the way. One of those is storage during the interim of time between selling and/or moving out of one place to moving into another.

The question many have asked… “Where can I put this massive hot tub until I move into my new place?”

The answer is simple. We can move it to our facility. There it will be safely stored away until you are COMPLETELY ready for it to be placed into its new location. Check out our pricing table to see the current fee for storage.

Please note, two move fees will be charged if you will be utilizing the storage option. One move fee will be from the pick up location to our facility, the other move fee will be the charge from our facility to the final drop off location.

Why don’t you move swim spas?

We do not own a heavy duty trailer to safely transport swim spas. We have found swim spa moving is a very small niche, and there isn’t enough quantity of swim spa moves to justify the cost benefit of purchasing a heavy duty trailer at this time.

What are Estimate Add-Ons?

Estimate Add Ons are specific details about your service request which may affect how we plan to complete the job.

    This fee is added to your estimate if your hot tub is greater than or equal to 1,000 pounds.
    **Additional help will be required to complete the job.**
  • Hazardous Terrain
    This fee is added to your estimate if there are potentially hazardous terrain or obstacles we need to overcome or avoid to complete the job.
    **Extra time and/or staffing will be required to complete the job.**
  • Inclement Weather
    This fee is added to your estimate if the date we are completing the job calls for rain, temperatures below freezing (32 ℉), temperatures with a heat index above 95 ℉, snow, hail, etc. If the date your job is to be completed doesn’t call for inclement weather, but changes the day of, you will have the option of rescheduling at no charge or having the fee added to the invoice before the job is completed on your original appointment date.
    **Extra time and precautions will be required to complete the job.**
  • ASAP P/U & D/O
    This fee is added to your estimate if you decide to move your expected job date up instead of waiting for your previously scheduled appointment. This fee will not be charged if you are asked to reschedule your appointment due to changes in the scheduling on our side.
